Program description

During your stay at Beyond Fitness training camp, these are few of subjects and activities that are likely to be covered : How to maximize muscular energy output for any sport. How to avoid overtraining while training with maximum intensity. Pros and cons of vegan, vegeterian, animal based diet. The best natural foods and supplements for maximum physical performance, weight loss and recovery. The importance of sunshine for optimum health and peak athletic performance. When and what to eat for weight loss, muscle gain, strenght, endurance, hormones. The importance of detox, enzymes, Ph balance, vitamins, hydration, colon cleansing, parasite killing. Understanding and selecting the best type of blood and food allergy tests before opting for a specific diet, or detox program. When, how and why go for water, juice or smoothie fasting ? Cardio Vs. Resistance training. Book reading and films on food, health, fitness, nutrition followed by group discussions. Review, compare,experience and explain the different diets and training methods available today. Practical food preparation workshop and food selection at local market. Complete body composition analysis for each and every participant + how to understand and interpret the results. One-to-one training with each participant in addition to group training and lectures on any subject of your choice, from improving your posture on a bicycle to learning how to perform a perfect push-up and much more. Fitness test using energy output method to assess your actual performance and vitality based on numbers and science. Bodyweight exercises Vs. free weights Vs. machines. Indoor or/and outdoor daily workouts. Who's who in the health and fitness industry. Visit of the city center of Rome for half day, less than 30 minutes away from the retreat (public transport fees, personal expenses for stamps, postcards, phone cards not included).

Our health retreat is located in the medieval town of Anguillara Sabazia (RM), within walking distance of 2 lakes, you will enjoy 300 day/year of sunny weather and outdoors activities.
